Nationals MP Keith Pitt says the Labor Party “wasted two hours attacking” former prime minister Scott Morrison amid the motion to censure him in parliament.

Mr Pitt says, “to spend that time in the parliament on an attack on an individual I just think was wrong”.

“I actually think people won’t like it at all, they’re out there worried about being able to pay their bills and their mortgages and their fuel,” Mr Pitt told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “And everything else that continues to go up and Anthony Albanese and the Labor Party wants to spend the parliament’s time kicking Scott Morrison.”

Did Keith also mention the 8 hours that Cash wasted today? Or was he just being a hypocrite

Are the police wasting time and money pursuing criminals?

Keith Pitt is a bit of a Patsy, no?

Hypocrisy

The same Keith Pitt who couldn't make his own decisions because the tawdry televangelist made them for him? LOLZ 🤣🤣 MurdochRoyalCommission

Let's talk facts wage growth is impossible when the country is trying to rebuild itself

I guess wasting two hours is better than wasting 9 years as the former LiberalAus govt did!

Morrison was the best prime minister Australia ever had he made us through the pandemic and gave them a option to save their super and invest in development. Fact...

Wrong! Nailed him for his lies and deceit of the Parliament and Australians.

The LNP wasted nine years, what is 2 hours in the scheme of things?

When you watch what goes on in parliament it is little wonder our country is in trouble. It is like a staged pantomine. It’s all a front to hide what they are really doing

Passing that lump of coal around and the other stunts surely rate higher.

So 2 hrs V 9+ years!!

I'm surprised pitt voted no, something fishy was happening between the two. Hopefully the court hearing in March brings it all to light.

Totally

Could have avoided it if he'd just resigned after losing the election. Could have avoided if if he'd just resigned after getting caught out lying and deceiving the whole country.

This Loony Labor Left is trying to Emulate our own Democrats by trying to destroy a former head of Government! The issue in Australia is that your Prime Minister is not actually the Head of State !

Albo think's he's a little Biden going after Trump that's all he cares about oh don't forget he loves giving money 💰 away taxpayers money while a lot of Australians are in trouble and are hurting

they're like sheep one after the other attacking and insulting what a disgraceful government that has been elected and the leader going on his ego trip what a waste of space

The coalition wasted 9 years of time, I don't think they get to comment on how Labor spends 2 hours.

He means the censure of Morrison.

Morrison wasted everyone’s time. It was he who was deceitful to the nation. Labor was simply doing their job. If the tables were turned, the Libs would do exactly the same and I would expect it.

A waist of fkn time & clearly a political & virtuous vendetta against Morrison/LNP. A (new) low point in Australian political life.

Never a waste of time. Just making sure his place in History is ensured.

LNP wasted 9 years …

Scott Morrison condemns Labor’s censure motion as ‘political intimidation’Former prime minister Scott Morrison says he refuses to submit to Labor's 'political intimidation' following a censure motion being moved against him over his secret ministerial portfolio scandal. 'I am proud of my achievement in this place, and I am proud of my government,” Mr Morrison said. “Other than in the case of the PEP-11 decision, ministers exercised their portfolio authorities fully without intervention, or the threat of intervention. “Departments supported their ministers in that capacity without uncertainty, regarding their ministerial authorities. “As prime minister, I did not act as minister – or engage in any co-minister arrangements as suggested.” Labor’s political stunt is very boring. Scott Morrison seized power with a coercive control trifecta: 1. He lovebombed Malcolm as he was 2.Gaslighting him with fake loyalty & then he 3.Knifed him to take the top job When he leveraged the dv cycle as a leadership model we knew how it would play out RedFlag It's actually called: Truth.
