Sky News Meteorologist Rob Sharpe says Australia is still likely to see “wetter than usual weather” over the coming three to five months, despite the Bureau of Meteorology declaring La Nina officially over.

“There’s about a 50/50 chance that it will return again during the

springtime, that’s why the Bureau have issued a La Nina watch,” Mr Sharpe said.

Can we verify this with good o’l Prof Flanno? He said this wouldn’t happen again and the full dams I’ve seen weren’t meant to happen again either! Oh, sorry, climate marketing guy changed since then. All weather is climate change now, got it! 😳

So I guess that means it will be drier than usual.
