Nick Kyrgios has settled his legal case with a fan he claimed was 'drunk out of her mind' during his Wimbledon final loss in July.

"Why is she still here? She's drunk out of her mind and speaking to me in the middle of a game. What's acceptable?' In a statement issued via Palus' solicitor, she added: "Any damages recovered would be donated to charity".In a statement released to the Daily Mail UK by Knight Temple Law, Kyrgios said he donated £20,000 to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity to make amends for his comments.
