Kyle Sandilands rips into Erin Molan’s new 2Day FM radio show

The trio are the latest hosts of the 2Day FM breakfast show in Sydney which airs at the same time as Kyle and Jackie O on KIIS FM.launched in January and is hoping to pull listeners from Kyle and Jackie O who are the number one rated FM breakfast show.On air this morning, Kyle told Jackie: “Every journalist keeps asking me, ‘Have you listened to Hughesy’s show?’ I go, ‘Nup, why would I? I’m on air at the same time.

“Over at 2Day FM every single call they put on air, I would imagine, is fake,” he said. “Listen, I’ve got spies there and they say no one rings for all of their contests. “Kyle called me one night and said, ‘I’ve got an idea. What about we go to Mix FM and we rebrand it as KIIS?’”Jackie assumed Kyle was “in one of his moods” and went along with what he was saying, with the belief he’d have forgotten about it the next day.“Kyle said, ‘I’ve just gone in and I’ve told them I’m resigning ,’” she recalled on the podcast. “He goes, ‘We’re going to Mix, babe.’

“They gave us their word about how much the contract was going to be and we shook on it,” Jackie told Osher. “I was sh**ting myself, I really was. It was too much for me. I don’t like this kind of drama.”
