Kim "deeply suffer from a high fever" during the outbreak, his sister Kim Yo-jong, also a high-ranking official, claimed on Wednesday according to North Korean state media KCNA.She said he "could not lie down for a moment at the thought of the people" during his illness. It says 74 people have died, an extremely low fatality rate that experts have widely questioned in part because almost no one in North Korea is vaccinated against the coronavirus.
