The United States sees no sign of Russian preparations to use a nuclear weapon in the near future, the White House said Friday after President Joe Biden warned that the world risks "Armageddon."
Asked about Mr Biden's assertion on Thursday that the United States was trying to find an "off ramp" for Mr Putin to deescalate inbefore he resorts to weapons of mass destruction, Jean-Pierre said the US position has not changed.
