Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood says Japan is showing it is a “strong ally” of Australia by supporting pushback against China, particularly for it’s bans on Australian goods. Prime Minister Scott Morrison has always said China’s bans on Australian goods should be adjudicated within the World Trade Organisation and will have the chance to make his case at the G7 summit, according to Mr Greenwood.

Ross_Greenwood 'its' is the possessive pronoun 'it's' is a contraction of 'it is' It's quite easy to tell if you've used the right word by substituting 'it is' into the sentence where you've used 'it's'. In this case: 'for it is bans on Australian...' makes no sense, so it should be 'its'.

The world is 'sorting itself' into two coalitions headed by the US and China | Sky News AustraliaThe Australian's Foreign Editor Greg Sheridan says the world is 'sorting itself out' into two coalitions, one headed by the United States while the other is headed by China.\n\nThe remarks come after Mr Morrison addressed the nation with a major foreign policy speech ahead of his trip to Cornwall for the G7 Summit.\n\n'The real guts of Morrison's speech was the part where he was talking about democracies cooperating economically as well as strategically,' Mr Sheridan said.\n\n'What I think is happening, but who knows if it's going to follow through, is the world is sorting itself out into a US-led coalition and a China-led coalition.\n\n'The US-led coalition is mainly democracies but with some sort of fellow travelling authoritarian regimes like Vietnam.\n\n'The Chinese system is overwhelmingly authoritarian systems, Russia, Iran, and North Korea are in the Chinese camp.'\n\nMr Sheridan said the way Australia will deal with China's trade coercion was to 'trade less' with China and to develop 'alternative trade markets'.\n\n If that is the case China has to get out of Darwin Harbor? Will be needed for future problems that could occur with US military already here to save Australia as they did in World War II. Where is the two time elected former P.M. Rudd to continue his recent call? Say in Mandarin? Australia will join the third coalition called“ BS Alliance” Oh FFS. This has been happening for decades!
