'In awe': Aussie athlete Jana Pittman is being celebrated for going on SAS only six months after giving birth, which saw her have an accidental slip-up on last night’s show.

The 38-year-old mother-of-four, who signed onto the brutal Channel 7 show only six months after the birth of her son, Charles, underwent a gruelling physical assault course on Wednesday night’s episode.

Celebs were made to undergo a series of difficult exercises at five different stations during the challenge, including tyre flips, puhs-ups and sandbag lifts.“I think I’m tough, but, I had a baby six months ago so I’m fighting that post-partum after-pregnancy body,” Pittman says in the voiceover. Pittman was forced to tell British soldier and course instructor Ant Middleton what had happened during the course.Jana Pittman on SAS Australia.“It’s all right. If you need to piss, you need to piss. I don’t mind. It’s natural,” Middleton says, before asking if anyone relieved themselves in the water.

Pittman added, “No but I just pissed myself on that run so that was embarrassing enough. Not intentionally but women at home need to know, after you have a baby, you don’t have a good pelvic floor if you try hard.”After it aired, Pittman was celebrated on social media, with many praising the former runner for her strength and honesty.
