One of Australia’s most amazing private gardens has changed hands in an eight-figure deal between two of the country’s biggest names in landscape design. Take a look inside

Forbes Global Properties agent Michael Gibson had Bangay’s home, known as Stonefields, on the market for $8m-$8.8m and said the addition of the other site put the offer above all others.“There were a couple there who were very keen to own it, but the joining of the two made a compelling case for Paul to move on and sell it.

”Mr Gibson said as a property and retreat it was “definitely the home of the year in Victoria and maybe Australia”.“People really saw it as a sanctuary and we had people who had travelled extensively around the world who had been to Europe on dozens of occasions and they found this as something the equivalent of living abroad.”

‘Intergenerational issues’ one of the causes of Alice Springs crime crisisPrime Minister Anthony Albanese has discussed possible solutions to the crime crisis in Alice Springs, saying the problems aren’t primarily due to alcohol but also “intergenerational issues” which require long-term strategies. “We need to look at employment, infrastructure provision, housing, service delivery on the ground, as well as the issue of access to alcohol,” Mr Albanese told Sky News host Erin Molan. “We’re working through the proposals to make sure that the announcements which we will make are comprehensive, and they actually provide a solution. “Not just in for a day, but in the short, medium, and long term – so that we don’t find ourselves back in this situation.” So he worked all that out after a quick fly in n out so he could piss off to the tennis to impress Gates. I'll add his thoughts are totally wrong. Yeah. Uncy rooting the kids. Intergenerational Dr Donothing strikes again. He's all about vague concepts with no substance.
