Burn in hell

No parole EVER

So cost benefit analysis should be applied here. What’s the cost of 46 years in prison, compared to the benefit society gets for that cost? Now do the same analysis on the cost of one bullet!

He’ll probably score Ice much easier behind bars! Hope he rots and dies behind bars!

Let’s hope it is 46 long painful years. Scumbag.

Life needs to mean life. Parole is a bullshit construct to counter over-population. A lifer should only be paroled from his box when a dead victim can be paroled from theirs.

Bourke St murderer James Gargasoulas sentenced to life in prisonBourke Street murderer James Gargasoulas is sentenced to a minimum of 46 years in prison for killing six people and injuring 27 others when he drove his car through pedestrians two years ago. He is a modern-day Martin Bryant, used a vehicle instead of firearms. He should never be released Should have been 46 times 6, served back to back, for each of his victims. I blame some of this on the police. Why didn’t they arrest him 12 hours earlier. Were they waiting for something more serious to happen? This is an insult to all those who were scarred by this imbeciles actions.
