Afterwards, we’d have pink champagne. And then we need to get onto the Macallan whisky, and we need limericks. I just love them, it’s the Irish in me. So we’d have the sadness, but then it gets funny. Someone once said to me, “Jac, a party is never far behind you”. And it’s right, once I get going, I get going.
The man who gave it to me said: “Imagine the moods and feelings that one person would have gone through, for a full year in making it. This pashmina has their energy.”And now my energy has gone into it, happy and sad. I use it as a comfort during tough times. I wear it almost daily and it tells the story of my life. I want someone special to have it after I’ve gone.
