"We did discuss terms on which the new owners and us would permit RDA to continue to have access to use the property free of charge," the spokesperson said.
"Part of the property has been leased to a farmer grazing cattle to keep grass levels down so it vital we ensure the RDA activities on other areas of the property are conducted with complete safety for all participants."
