Slater was last heard from on June 16 when he made a call to his travel companion Lucy Law to say he was lost and attempting to walk back to their accommodation but needed water.Slater, 19, had travelled to the island to attend a music festival with two friends. "For everyone asking who has logged into his Instagram account, it's not him or her, somebody else has logged in," Harg wrote.
Slater's last known location is in the mountainous Rural de Teno National Park and local police, rescue dog teams and firefighters have been conducting a search in the difficult terrain.
