How sexist. Why are indigenous mothers more important than indigenous fathers?

I thought that got banned decades ago, after that teenager got bashed to death in NSW. I guess WA didn’t get the memo. Bloody Sandgropers!

Q: Why are fines imposed? A: For doing something illegal So why cant unpaid fines result in jail time?

Ah yes. Debtors prison. A mainstay of well developed criminal justice systems around the world. Maybe we should bring back public pillorying as well? Perhaps the more relevant question is why can't or won't people pay fines and why are they infringing in the first place?

JustSaying ‘Stuck in prison’ Or, in normal parlance, ‘serving their sentence’. How many chances do you get to pay a fine before a custodial sentence is imposed, I wonder? fines should be scrapped. only poor end up in prison and lives can be destroyed. But a wealthy person committing same offence has no pain. The discrimination is huge. All should suffer equally. Maybe community service.

Meerkat theft Perth Zoo: Woman spared jail after keeping meerkat in bedroomShe kept a one-month-old meerkitten, stolen from Perth Zoo, in her bedroom until she was caught by police. 9News It was a stupid thing to do, but I doubt either of these people were cruel or meant to put that baby meerkat at risk of getting hurt. But they just didn't think & that's how the little critters do get hurt. How did they know what to feed it or to look after any of its needs? She should be jailed, learn her lesson and suffer the consequences for more than just a few hours. Explaining why she has been to jail to employers would definitely teach her what she needs to learn 🤬 As the old saying goes, 'every Meerkat-thief has its day...' Oh and whilst we are at it, mental health is no excuse. 🔗🤣

‘I looked it in the eye’: WA boy's remarkably chilled reaction to close encounter with sharkThe local boy was surfing in Yallingup Bay on Monday when he noticed the Westpac shark spotting helicopter stop and hover above him and another older surfer. “I looked it in the eye”....: Fark off mate! Still a firm believer in the old saying - If you see a 'White' you are OK. Because it saw YOU a 'long' time before.... however if you see a bull or a tiger - get the F out of the water.
