'How is it difficult for humans to unite and fight a common enemy that is killing people indiscriminately?' | Europe correspondent BevanShields reports.

Tedros called on countries to "open up" and show the review team "everything as an open book", and pledged the WHO would do the same.He suggested the review must look at national surveillance and response systems, how information was shared, whether health organisations had lost public trust and "whether our global health architecture is fit for purpose" - a possible concession that the WHO may need to be restructured.

"This is not a standard report that ticks a box and is then put on a shelf to gather dust. This is something we take seriously."The Australian government's confidence in the WHO has fallen during the pandemic, while US President Donald Trump this week formally started the process of withdrawing America's membership after accusing the body of bias towards China.

"Its toxic geopolitics have stopped it doing anything useful at all," Clark said of the powerful Security Council in May. "But it needs member states to follow its advice, it needs member states like China to report very rapidly when they detect there is a new virus on the move which could cause a pandemic, and of course neither of these two things happened."

BevanShields Not killing indiscriminately. Mostly, killing old and ethnics.

BevanShields It is not killing anyone indiscrimately, we know and have known for months it affects the very, very old with multiple pre existing conditions, which the Aus. media would know if you bothered to find out.

BevanShields Because those in charge fight for money and power, not for the people. Conservatives main agenda is to look after themselves and throw the crumbs to the rest of us.

BevanShields The bloke who helped China cover up the pandemic. He was downplaying it from the start and only called a pandemic when he was forced into a corner. He’s is Chinese sympathizer because they have poured a lot of infrastructure money into his country!

BevanShields And WHO led them astray?

BevanShields Tedros' first reaction to the pandemic was 'where is Lady Gaga?'

BevanShields Tedros ISNT a medical Doctor.

BevanShields These greedy officials jump into these jobs for the remuneration and status not compassion and intention!

BevanShields Might have been easier if he was honest from the start and supported countries halting flights from China... How difficult for a human is that!!!!

BevanShields F-off DefundWHO

BevanShields Unfortunately we have roque state dirty politicians like trump , that has shown extreme selfish , corrupt and low life behavior! 😡

ellisoconnor BevanShields Case study in Victoria for him. If he was interested in a mini case study he could get someone to infiltrate LiberalVictoria Of course a much bigger study would be a look at rupertmurdoch and his propaganda machine - probably the greatest promoter of division on the planet.

BevanShields How difficult is it to not take money from China to stay silent about a virus now spread throughout the world?

BevanShields Some of the bullshit tweets in this thread answers his question.

BevanShields This WHO chief who at every step of the way, helped the Chinese cover up Wuhan's H2H transmission until they couldn't hide the outbreak anymore, dares to lecture anyone about leadership. Vomit.

BevanShields The fact this guy hasn't resigned after losing 400million in funding, says it all.

BevanShields Lol. Article was looking like he is a common enemy. His lack of leadership has been a reason for all these mess.

BevanShields Crocodile tears!

BevanShields He’s a Chinese agent . Scumbag .

BevanShields Just depends if you let the virus fester and spread and now try and say everyone has to work together whilst previously you allowed one country to hide it mmm

BevanShields When's realDonaldTrump kicking the UN out of the country? He promised and NY needs the building for more worthy tenants.

BevanShields Isn't it so wonderful about us humans that we can't put aside our petty prejudices and asinine ideologies to properly confront a serious threat. Do stupid thoughts mean so much to us?

BevanShields Cry me a river - his lack of leadership early has caused great harm around the world - but his point is valid we have reacted as individual states rather than as one united front - but that is what lies and half truths do

BevanShields Because we don't trust you

BevanShields This fcktard is the reason the virus left China, why is anyone listening to him?

BevanShields Don’t give me that crap WHO, you the one who willingly agreed with CCP to hide the truth of the virus from the rest of world. Plus you and CCP are buddies, “you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours...” Why would the you hide the truth and tarnish your reputation has got me beat!

BevanShields WHO should have isolated China and all foreigners in China after the first case of the deadly foreign Chinese flu now killing the world. We, Australian Natives, were devastated by foreign white Europeans diseases after they made contact with us. We are still suffering!

BevanShields WHO has zero credibility that’s why.

BevanShields It needs to be driven from the top, unfortunately, some powerful leaders ( I use that term loosely ) only care about reelection, no care for the proletariat.

BevanShields You can thank a greedy selfish generation of humans that cannot listen to instruction. Not everyone but it’s a small % killing it for everone danandrewsmp ramadanmelbournefuckedit

BevanShields China is the common enemy!
