South Australia's Independent Commissioner Against Corruption has sought information from the ABC about five Liberal MPs including two former ministers, as he investigates accommodation allowance claims.

South Australia's Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Bruce Lander has sought information from the ABC about five Liberal MPs including two former ministers, as he investigates accommodation allowance claims by country MPs.

The authorisation confirms the ABC provided Mr Lander with the information at a meeting at 9:30 this morning, and that he was delivered the information "which did not identify any of the sources who had provided that information". In a formal authorisation on July 28, Mr Lander confirmed he had asked ABC journalists to provide him "with any information they had obtained in the course of their investigation".

ABC journalists to informers and spies..lol..gone are the days of the integrity of journalists

Put these grifters in the hands of police with aggression. Tear gas their naughty little children as if they were Aboriginal people.

So long as they look just as hard at the Labor Party

Good on the ABC journalism team. Too many right wingers here seem to think the ABC should be eliminated, as if that would be a blow against their enemies.

The only reason ICAC are investigating this is because of a MSM investigation. What's the point of having a corruption watch dog if they don't watch?

This is the only way to make them adhere to their supposed non biased reporting. They either come back to the centre or stave of advertising.
