What's wrong with people 🙄

The problem is that you feel powerless. Options: (1) get your phone out and find a way to take his photo and share it on instagram with appropriate tags (2) ask him loudly why he is stroking your breast. Your silence empowers him to do it again.

This is sad but is more of a reflection of THE AGE's move to being a women's mag. As male I have been groped, punched & exploited by women but not daily! I just put it down to Life 101. With humans a mixture of good & bad what can one expect. Read the whole of Gulliver's Travels.
