It would appear his kids had a lot of financial tax issues to hide from the ATO, and he should have at least alerted the ATO Commissioner of the likely/possible/potential for conflict of interest, which I am not sure if he did........ .

We will see, he is probably in it over his ears.....

He more than anyone should be au fait with the ATO's need to know principles. The only reason he made inquiries was because his kids were involved. That's a conflict of interest. Otherwise the case had nothing to do with him.

He does have nothing to hide, if he spills the magic beans, seek protection from the people by saying the entire truth or prey the powers that be still have use for you and keep lying, FYI those powers will exterminate your truth before you get a chance.
