NAIDOC Week celebrates and recognises the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This year’s theme is “Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up!” urging all Australians to make their voices heard in a bid for systemic change including proper environmental, cultural and heritage protection, Constitutional change, a comprehensive process of truth-telling, working towards treaties, or calling out racism.

In addition to his art work, he also gives painting lessons to people from a wide range of communities enabling them to learn about diverse art, particularly Indigenous art.
