Mr Martin said that when he peered through the open bedroom door, the woman asked “who was that” before the door was closed on him.
The woman claimed that on the short walk from the car to the Fever nightclub, she walked in front of Mr de Belin and Mr Sinclair because she wanted to get away from them, before eventually making her escape while standing in the door line. She also denied being sexually attracted to Mr Sinclair, despite CCTV from the Mr Crown nightclub showing her allowing him to touch her breasts, kissing him and making a sexually suggestive gesture with her tongue and her fingers.
She told the court that she was using an ensuite toilet when Mr de Belin entered naked and got into the shower.
