Did Klaus Schwab write this? Getting the peasants/ proles ready for the inevitable misery from crazy climate policies: power outages/rationing & lack of amenities such as air con (also- stop using your evil gas stove). Surprising part of the advice wasn't 'you vill eat ze bugs'.

I don't think anybody ever thought beer would help. It's just pleasurable to drink a cold beer when you're hot. Nobody actually thinks it will cool you down. It's a known fact that alcohol dehydrates you.
