What made this song about dinosaurs, written by a 4yo, such a powerful viral hit

The song is light and fun and the kind of song you would expect from a little girl singing about a dinosaur party."We're talking about being in love, having a party. It's simple.""In the bridge we have a soft story with minor chords which makes us think a bit differently about the music," Ms Feldman said.

"The voice gets softer and we learn there's more to the story, and it captures the listener to pay attention and think about what the broader concepts are."What could easily have been dismissed as a childish song has now been played all over the world, on radio stations and on television. "For me, that's the power of music. Music provides a place of connection and resonance for us," Ms Feldman said.

"In my research, I'm looking at jazz improvisation, and one of the markers of elite improvisation is the ability to spontaneously invent music ideas in the moment in communication with the musicians you're working with. "In this song, you can hear Fenn and her dad Tom communicating at certain parts in the song and playing off each other, listening to each other, and I think that's a really special thing to hear."

still reckon the dad/mom wrote it to make money from the vid. jmo.

This reminds me of a scene in the original Time Machine (1960) where the citizens were primed to walk down into the tunnels every time an air-raid siren rang out. They'd stop what they were doing & toddle off to be devoured by cannibals dwelling in the darkness.

It’s the voice & timing of her voice that gets me !

Simpletons and twitter and other social media is full of them. This is not news FFS

Delight and disappointment as the UK prepares to sever ties with the European UnionThe United Kingdom leaves the European Union with a mixture of joy, anger and indifference, casting off into the unknown in one of the biggest blows yet to Europe's attempt to forge unity from the ruins of World War II. I mean, England’s ruined itself and it will almost be fun to watch its slow, nationalist-fuelled decline into complete irrelevancy. Sucks for anyone over there who isn’t a racist though. Believe me, the EU will be very happy not to have all the drunk, uneducated ugly teeth British walking in the streets of Europe! So yeah, ByeByeBritain Silly little Britain.
