There were delays but because of the stupid judge allowing a disease spreader to mingle they had to take time and look at Novak’s lies in the meantime. They should just put it on a plane. Congrats to Australia for enforcing the rules - even for the rich.
It amazes me so many people, including the author of this article, mistakenly believe that the Court delivered a ruling about the validity of the initial visa cancellation. It didn’t. It made orders by consent quashing the visa cancellation because the Commonwealth capitulated
