A massive call about a massive man.

Jason Taumalolo’s “freakish” performance in North Queensland’s 24-12 win over the Dragons on Saturday night has set tongues wagging over the “best forward pack ever at the Cowboys”.

With 301-metres to his name the 120kg forward muscled his will over the Dragons defensive line in a performance that had fans branding his infamous $10million contract over 10-years a “bargain”. Their forward pack comprised of Josh McGuire, Matthew Scott, Jake Granville, Cohen Hess and Jordan Mclean had club great Johnathan Thurston hailing it the greatest he’d seen, a feat that NRL legend Peter Sterling put down to the professionalism of their front-man Taumalolo.

“We’ve always had power forwards in the game…but with professional football these days the work they put in, Jason Taumalolo is just next level,” he explained. “He started on the left edge on this occasion. He’s played his best footy in the middle, but starting with Josh McGuire that pushed him to the edge.

“He looked more comfortable back in the middle I thought, but what a good quandary for Paul Green to have.

Will we ever know how Karen Ristevski died?Borce Ristevski pleading guilty to manslaughter doesn't necessarily mean he will admit to how he killed his wife. This is why. I feel so sorry for his daughter. How must she feel. He has consistently lied about his involvement in his wife’s death. Any version of his is now virtually unbelievable anyway. At least the maximum sentence for manslaughter is about 25 years. Hopefully a decent Court should impose that sentence No one cares, people kill people all the time. Wanna get over it sometime.
