Sky News host Alan Jones says he is uncertain as to how anyone can trust anything associated with the Victorian Police.

8min

His comment comes after The Royal Commission into the ‘Lawyer X’ scandal has handed down its report recommending a special investigator to assess whether criminal charges may be brought against members of the police force involved in the scandal as well as Nicola Gobbo. Ms Gobbo was revealed to be the person at the centre of the Lawyer X scandal for her role as a police informer whilst representing key players in Melbourne’s gangland war.

I suggest there are thousands of people who are helped every day by VicPol who would argue differently. Gobbo is ancient news. Ends justify the means? Fair argument for it. Bunch of drug dealers and killers. Who cares.
