Police are still working to establish what led to the deaths of a man and a woman at a home on a suburban street in Brisbane's south.

The bodies of a 29-year-old woman and a man in his 30s were found when officers were called to Redhead Street in Doolandella, about 15 kilometres south of the CBD, at 7pm yesterday.READ MORE:Queensland Police Assistant Regional Crime Coordinator Detective Inspector Michael Hogan.

Queensland Police Detective Inspector Michael Hogan said detectives spoke to several people in the street during the investigation last night.Two other men who live at the same property are assisting police with their enquiries. A crime scene has been set up after the bodies of a man and woman were found in a home south of Brisbane on February 27, 2024. "I can confirm they're not suspects and we're not considering that they had any involvement in the deaths," Hogan said.Hogan said there were no children present at the home."Yeah, it's concerning. We've got two small kids, so you sort of want a safe area," one man said.
