Researchers analysed 10 brands of rapid antigen tests and found only two were able to detect low concentrations of the COVID-19 virus.

abc.net.au/news/covid-19-rapid-antigen-tests-study-inconsistent-results/101911162A world-first study by Australian researchers shows only two of 10 brands of COVID-19 rapid antigen tests analysed picked up low concentrations of the virus.A minority of tests they analysed could detect low concentration of COVID-19James Cook University researcher Patrick Schaeffer said there needed to be an "overhaul" of the various brand of tests in Australia.

"The RAT tests that are available are not cross compared independently because they were released in an emergency act. James Cook University researchers engineered fluorescent nucleocapsid protein to test the effectiveness of the RATs.He said the method could be used to create a benchmark for the more than 50 other brands of RATs available in Australia."We need to totally benchmark all RATs ... to know what the detection limit is of those RATs," he said.

From the 1st of January this year Australians needed to obtain a referral from a GP or a nurse practitioner to receive a medicare-funded PCR test."It's clear COVID is not going away and so testing for it readily is going to be really helpful," he said."Earlier on the pandemic, we were very against them ... and then almost overnight, we pivoted, to recommending them almost solely without still appreciating the context and some of the limitations.

🤦 another “conspiracy theory” that’s come through with the goods. The home tests were so “accurate” that for so long we needed a PCR (also inaccurate) to confirm their results.

Interesting how information is leaking out about the BS plandemic

Can I get a refund 😂😂😂

He can swab my throat any time

🤌🖕

No shit

The two they found effective. First one is called 'Sit down' and the second is 'STFU'

Another conspiracy theory came true.

My kids had to do RAT test for school last year. The results had zero correlation between actual sickness or PCR test results. This was across 3 different brands of tests.

Is there someone who can let us know the names of the 2 that were found effective?

conspiracy theories anyone?

We always knew this but suddenly ppl were cool with it once the tv told them to just do RATs. Why even go through the drama of testing anyways? Just stay TF home if you feel sick regardless

So will the PCR also be reassessed? I mean apparently according to a response from the TGA it can’t tell the difference between live or “dead” C19. Will they also be downgrading the cases etc?

How much h cost has been lost. Ohhh look tinfoilers correct again.

So everything government and the MSN, including the ABC, said about Covid, the vaxxes, lockdowns, lockouts and now testing was a load of sh!t... Sounds right.

Oh, givitaway ✋️

A wasteless study that only confimed what people already knew. How about spending money on research that really matters.

Nobody believes you anymore.

You don't say 🤣

Rapid Engine Testing? Please correct that folks, should be Rapid Antigen Testing AKA RAT

A correction is required ‘rapid antigen testing’ instead of ‘rapid engine testing’

😂😂😂 who’s testing at home 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Aussies are lying on home loan applications amid affordability crisis: researchUp to one in eight Aussie homebuyers are risking financial disaster, faking details and embellishing their income to secure a loan. Hard to imagine how that's possible. Your income is on your group certificate not something you can fake easily. The amount of checks is very unhealthy. If people believe that they can pay the taken loan and they are paying without issues, the lender should not make any fuss about their applications. I mean their goverment and media just spent a few years lying to them about a broken vaccine and having nazi grade lockdowns...
