Ashleigh Barty has revealed the steps she took to avoid a COVID-19 infection while in Melbourne, living a “hermit life” to ensure her shot at Australian Open glory wasn’t derailed.
“We were pretty careful. I was staying with Garry [fiancé Garry Kissick] and my mum and we were pretty much in lockdown,” she said.
scottspits Many of us have isolated too. Especially the elderly. It is a real burden.
