Dr Fowler said all of those factors could have acted together to cause Mr Floyd's heart to work harder, suffer an arrhythmia, or abnormal rhythm, and suddenly stop. The prosecution also attacked Dr Fowler's testimony about carbon monoxide, which displaces oxygen in the bloodstream.

What seems to have escaped attention in all this is the paramedic's response or lack of it. Didn't even bother to check vital signs. They might have at least attempted to restart his heart. Or resuscitate the poor bugger. They didn't even check his f**king pulse.
