A five-year-old Afghan boy has won over hearts worldwide after performing a joyful dance on his new prosthetic leg.
Ahmad Rahman lost his leg at just eight months old after being caught in a crossfire between the Taliban and Afghanistan government forces,He has had four prosthetics since then, only being fitted with his most recent just days ago.A dance he performed on being fitted with his latest prosthetic has gone viral.
The ICRC said more than 4000 civilians were killed or injured by explosives in Afghanistan in 2018 - the most since 2010.
You would have to be made of stone not to be moved. And if you are not? I pity you and pray that the scales are lifted from your eyes and your leaden heart.
