This will reduce the number of people with nonconformist appearances who get hired in the first place. Except they will not get hired for other reasons that are not against the law. The bar just needs to be set very high for all candidates and the employer can decide who to hire.

The removal of all standards - just to cope with a multicultural hellhole.
