|The government’s appeal against the decision ruling the Gillard government’s ban on live cattle export invalid, is a “kick in the guts” to cattle farmers, according to Nationals Senator Bridget McKenzie. Attorney General Christian Porter has told the Coalition partyroom the federal government will consider an appeal against the recent Federal Court ruling that found the Gillard government's 2011 live export ban was invalid.

Justice Steven Rares found the then agriculture minister Joe Ludwig's decision to place an outright ban on live cattle exports on June 7, 2011, was both invalid and reckless. The attorney-general’s concern is that the ruling would restrict future decision making powers for ministers. Nationals MPs have come out against the consideration saying any appeal would break faith with the cattle farmers who had the coalition’s support in opposition, but now feel abandoned by them in government.

Trump 'won't agree' to election results | Sky News AustraliaUS contributor Michael Ware says President Donald Trump likely won’t accept defeat in this year’s election should he lose.\n\n“Because this is going to be the coronavirus election, and a lot of people are going to apply to vote by mail, absenting votes, it seems the President is setting that up as a means to discredit the final result,” Mr Ware told Sky News.\n\n“The polls across the board show him behind former vice-president Joe Biden by double digits.'\n\nThis comes after Mr Trump did an exclusive interview with Fox News, where interviewer Chris Wallace showed poll numbers revealing Mr Biden ahead.\n\nMr Trump claimed them as “fake polls” and that he was not losing.\n\n“Most Americans don’t trust Trump to be able to handle the coronavirus, only 34 per cent have faith in him,” Mr Ware said.\n\n“Trump claims he has more right than anyone, but he’s making these claims on the same days that dozens of hospitals in Florida don’t have any ICU beds, and Arizona just had its highest single day of deaths.\n\n“60,000 to 70,000 Americans are catching coronavirus every day, and yet the President is still out there trying to pretend that his administration is on top of it.”\n realDonaldTrump Wow. It's as if they are pro-actively setting up for mail-in vote fraud which *must* be accepted. How very cunning of them. realDonaldTrump See that folks? The FakeNewsMedia is setting you up to accept the mail fraud that the democrats are currently arranging. This is how desperate they are. realDonaldTrump Paul Keating sold Australia out and agreed to this one world governance. Agenda 21/ 30. Many other countries were forced into signing as well. Ask Scott Morrison, is this what he really wants for Australia? The US president is pushing back, it's time for Australia to as well.

Fact is he was so overwhelmingly bad in government that he was voted out by a HUGE majority. Kerr simply broke the supply deadlock though many would see it as a dog act to those who made him GG 1974: disgusted News Ltd staff went on strike over the anti Labor bias of Murdoch newspapers. Look it up. They had courage and integrity then. Australia has been a Murdochracy ever since Whitlam’s defeat and this has been to the detriment of the national interest.
