Dog owner Kerry Hayes has been stuck in Europe for five months after nearly dying of COVID-19
The deadline was last last Saturday but the property owner said his dogs were still in his apartment. "I've got some dog minders in there, a husband and wife looking after my babies … so really I've got nowhere to take them and had to leave them there."The engineer has been stuck in Austria since December and said he has daily video calls to Bolli, 6 years and Scooby, 5 years.Kerry Hayes accepted he was breaking the adjudicator's decision and said he was lodging an appeal.
How about Kerry Hayes putting obscene items in the rubbish bins of the Body Corporate chairperson and intimidating them to the point of a mental abuse. He is not a victim, he is a bully!
Thanks.. the rules were followed to the Letter. The original application for the Dogs approval was done 6 months prior to entry. An email (of Public Record) was found before the application was received by Chairman of Body Corp to its Comittee to refuse the application, before I had even applied. Over the ensuing 6 months the amount of information requested continued to grow to ridiculous levels.. ending up with a request of a video of the dogs for 7 days, 24 hours a day.. impossible.
Body corporate bully tactics again.
If he didn't like the terms of the lease agreement/Body Corp rules etc, he shouldn't have moved in with the 2 dogs. If all contracts were flouted because the terms didn't 'work' for you, where would we be? As an engineer he can read & comprehend; he's in the wrong.
Evict the objecting humans.
I see an invasion of rights brouhaha on the horizon.
Going to the High Court over his 'babies'. He's breaking a rule and coming off as a dick as well.

As an owner of two spaniels my self, I have always thought it wrong to keep dogs in a high rise apartment
two dogs happier together than one dog, & probably better behaved then. 😉
If it was any other breed I’d have no sympathy for this guy, but they look like cocker spaniels so everyone needs to just back it up
High Court has already ruled on this in a Sydney dispute. Dog owner won.
