Sky News host SharriMarkson says extraordinarily, unless there are further revelations in ICAC this week coming which are “a smoking gun or that are extremely damaging”, it looks like GladysB “may survive this”.

Sky News host Sharri Markson says extraordinarily, unless there are further revelations in ICAC this week coming which are “a smoking gun or that are extremely damaging”, it looks like Gladys Berejiklian “may survive this”. On Monday, Premier Berejiklian rejected claims she interfered in an area outside of her jurisdiction to an ICAC inquiry investigating the nature of her relationship with disgraced former MP Daryl Maguire.

However, Ms Berejiklian strongly denied suggestions she knew of Mr Maguire’s business interests in the sale and development of land surrounding Badgerys Creek where the government planned to build the new Western Sydney airport. Ms Markson said the reason it’s extraordinary is because “if it was any other politician … they would not survive”.
