have called time on their Byron sojourn, listing their Coopers Shoot hinterland retreat, Hercules, with a $30 million asking price guide ahead of their return to Queensland.

The lush retreat includes two houses – including the five-bedroom main residence – and a tennis court, wine cellar, gym, steam room and 15-metre pool, along with separate guest accommodation, a dam and citrus orchard. “There’s only five properties in that enclave that offer an outlook to the ocean,” Mr Dunn said. “Out of them all, Hercules is far superior, and no other owner is looking to move.”his family loved Coopers Shoot and had “really enjoyed living there”, especially after COVID-19, but were now returning north of the border. “Our family home has just been finished in Brisbane where our kids will be attending school,” he said.
