Great decision, Australia

I love democracy, I love Hong Kong (visited 40 times+) but I am uneasy about anti Chinese activists basing themselves in Aus. Needless provocation of China through social media etc instead of diplomacy is frankly reckless.

Is Ted Hui Australian? 'And they put me on the list and gave me the eligibility so I could actually get on the reparation flight with other Australians going home.'

Why does the Australian Government protect this person, but not Australian journalist, Julian Assange? What does that tell you about our relationship with Washington and our commitment to democratic principles?

Well done, Australia! Welcome, Ted!
