Picture: Supplied Also on Tuesday, authorities arrested and charged a 45-year-old Sudanese-born woman after locating her in western Sydney. He was expected to appear before Melbourne Magistrates Court on Wednesday night, with authorities alleging the man breached the conditions of his Commonwealth visa by failing to observe his residential curfew obligations under section 76C of the Migration Act 1958.

The 45-year-old had faced Melbourne Magistrates Court charged with another three counts of failing to observe his residential curfew obligations, but was subsequently granted bail to reappear on Wednesday, May 22.In a similar incident, officers on Thursday arrested and charged a 31-year-old Afghanistan-born man at his home in Kingston, Brisbane, after receiving a report of crime on May 15.
