Chief Michel Moore said Anderson initially complied with officers as they investigated whether he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. But he was subdued after struggling with officers who had chased him when he bolted. People hold up signs asking for the release of the LAPD officers names that were involved and for them to be jailed during a vigil in Los Angeles on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023, for Keenan Anderson.
