The property was sold by Kay & Burton’s Sam Wilkinson, with the international buyer introduced to by his colleague, Jamie Mi.Ms Mi, who heads up Kay & Burton’s international arm, said competition across Melbourne’s prestige market was being bolstered by an expanding mix of international buyers competing with strong local interest.“Even five years ago the majority international interest was Chinese, but it’s changed a lot,” Ms Mi said.
