This seems to be a problem in the workplace as well which could be one of many reasons why women are under-represented in executive positions. Interesting study below on this.

For the record female friendships are not complex and traumatic. Some people create complex and traumatic relationships. I think most female friendships are healthy, fun and edifying and easygoing

Why not admit it's a love affair, where's the shame?

Don't we know

Women don't have friends, put the alpha in front of them and they become vultures clawing at scraps.

Tell me.

Don't try to understand women, even women don't understand each other so what chance do men have

no, they're really not. who comes up with this shit?

Small group of Liberals support female quotas | Sky News AustraliaSome Liberal party women believe introducing female quotas is the solution to underrepresentation, which is at odds with the broader sentiment of the party.\n\nThe Australian's Rosie Lewis has told Sky News that despite being outnumbered there is a small group, including Sussan Ley, Sharman Stone and Teresa Gambaro, who are supportive of quotas.\n\nThere has been ongoing debate within Liberal ranks since party defector Julia Banks claimed there was a cultural problem and urged her former colleagues to adopt a quota system.\n\nLabor has instituted a quota system since 1994, with Opposition frontbencher Linda Burney saying she believes women will make up around 50 per cent of the party's ranks in parliament after the next election.\n\n\nImage: News Corp Australia\n\n\n Positive discrimination for one group is negative discrimination to another group. Won't be long now, men will once again fold to placate females. Probably after the libs get their asses kicked at the next election. “Small group” when it comes to quotas a small group rules. A ”small Group “ That didn’t support SSM was an issue however.

Liberal Party on track to run lowest number of female candidates this centuryWith a few seats yet to have Liberal candidates, the party is all but guaranteed of falling short of the previous low this century when 27 women stood for election at the 2001 poll. . This century? Wow! Gosh, I wonder what life was like way back in 2001? Aaarghhhhhh Why does the Coalition stick with the ‘merit’ system if keeps it throwing up ‘quality’ candidates like Andrew Broad, George Christiansen, Barnaby Joyce and Craig Kelly? Do they have a death wish? auspol libspill metoo quotas ausvotes I never get why some are so intent on bullying the LNP to have more female politicians. But also they are bullying women to become LNP politicians. Some use the argument look how it has worked for the ALP. I disagree that is an example of why not to have quotas. Go figure.

Marise Payne says female MPs quotas for Liberals should be part of debateThe most senior woman in the Morrison government, Foreign Minister Marise Payne, says quotas for women in the Liberal Party should be considered but she has not yet decided whether she supports them. Will they be from the non-indigenous foreign white British Anglo Christian migrant & migrant descent community of Australians again like over the last 118 years since independence from the tyranny of British Anglo government of Britain? She ruined Australian military with social justice nonsense. She shouldn't be taken seriously. They always bite the hand that feeds them, always, it's their nature.
