A president can declassify anything at will with no other approvals of any kind. By the way Hillary who was not a president had no such authority with all of the classified documents that was verified by FBI that she held in her possession.
DECLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS FORMERLY CLASSIFIED as 'TOP SECRET.' The President is the ONLY person with the authority to DECLASSIFY ANY DOCUMENT with nothing more than a wave of his hand. If he had ANYTHING that was a serious security risk, then why did they wait 18 months to get it?
