Picture: NCA NewsWire / David Swift Kheir said in a statement posted on Facebook on Tuesday the firebomb threats against Sydney mosques were “unfounded” but he hoped it would not happen and “common sense would prevail”.Kheir said the father was “guilt-ridden” and all he could do was hug him and “cry with him”.
“It’s not a religious issue. I don’t know of any religion on earth that says to go to another parish and stab someone.”
