An emergency warning has been issued for a bushfire in NSW's Snowy Monaro region.

The blaze is burning at the New Line Road and Creewah Road intersection in Glen Allen. The fire is spreading in a northerly direction. Residents should seek shelter in a solid structure as the fire front approaches. Image: Getty
