Cricket hardly matters on a Melbourne day close enough to perfectAustralia makes the most of almost-perfect weather on the second day of the Boxing Day Test — the kind of Melbourne day you only get a handful of in any given year. How do you reconcile 'In a city that can freeze right up through December' With ? I mean we're talking a small upward shift in the global average, well distributed across the whole but actually larger at the cooler end. It's one of the most boring games there is. For you YourABC:🖕

Lindt Cafe: The day international terrorism came to AustraliaA marauding gunman. Terrified hostages forced to flaunt a terrorist&x27;s flag. A deadly fusillade to end a 17-hour ordeal. This couldn&x27;t be happening in Sydney. What bullshit. Man Haron Monis was a murderer and rapist. Nothing more than a common criminal who should not have been out on bail. Nine, under the directions of Chairman Peter Costello, are pushing the government's terrorism line. Could of been avoidied. You could say it was international terrorism or I think it's better to say a bail system that's broken.
