At present lockdown is neccessary to stop virus but Vaccination is neccessary to stop lockdowns Lockdown is not the solution of this pandemic

So it’s only a story if these vaccinated folk end up in hospital 😎

Glad the residents were vaccinated. Hope the staff member was. Should be daily rapid testing staff though, not waiting until symptomatic, at least in NSW where the situation is out if control.

This is not good

NSW records 356 new locally-acquired COVID-19 cases and three more deathsAround one third of the new cases announced on Tuesday were in the community during their infectious period, NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said. I wonder if they’ll attempt a lockdown? Do we have data to show in those close contact/casual contact populations, what is the percentage of vaccinated and what is the percentage of covid cases from those vaccinated as compared with the unvaccinated covid cases in the same populations? Brisbane crushed Delta. NSW is simply hopeless. Saying Delta is just too hard. Full of excuses.... She has given up. Sole reliance on vaccines now. That is stupidity. It will take ages. They'll never get back to zero. They just broke Australia. Borders will never reopen again
