Peta Credlin says there is now ‘a coalition’ of Green-left independents that are demanding Labor ‘go further’ on climate change, set to back the party in parliament on such issues. Credlin

Sky News host Peta Credlin says if the outcome of the May 18 election is a hung parliament, Australia will have the ‘most left-wing’ government in history.

Ms Credlin says there is now ‘a coalition’ of Green-left independents that are demanding Labor ‘go further’ on climate change, who will back the party in parliament on such issues. It follows Greens leader Richard di Natale’s declaration on Wednesday that he would ‘never work’ with the Coalition, inviting Bill Shorten to form a Labor-Green alliance on climate change policy.

And wouldn't that be a breath of fresh air.

Outrageous usurping of influence - destined to destroy the Australia we all know- and for what - an overzealous overhyped response to an issue that has been distorted out of reality and is based on selective facts. Prove this statement wrong ?

gerster_kaylene Can't stand looking at this lying hypocrite. Wish he'd stayed in medicine, might have done more practical good there.

Can’t wait to hear sky tell us tonight how much in control scomo is after today.

PutLaborLast If the bloody media shuts up and let’s commonsense return people will see the danger of Shorten and his union thugs, and I would put the greens on the same page.
