Considering this policy was not costed in the budget, and was then announced then unannounced in Parliament and has now been reaannounced on the campaign trail I think it's fair to ask if this is a genuine policy or a 'non core promise' to be withdrawn after the election.
This is not new, the announcement was made then unmade so Scumo can try and play us , won't work
