At least eight people have been killed in shootings in the German town of Hanau, in the country's west.The perpetrator then drove to nearby Kesselstadt before killing five at another shisha bar.

It is believed that no suspects are in custody, and it is not known whether there is more than one gunman.Hanau and Kesselstadt are neighbouring cities just outside of Frankfurt.
