Addiction is a health issue perhaps, but recreational drug taking is not! Glib comments can sound thoughtful, but they’re unhelpful and potentially dangerous.

The criminal part is the buyers and sellers of illegal homemade drugs.

I'm still concerned with the increasing civil disobedience shown in youth culture today!

Health issues? Really? Smear the real problem in a shade of GREEN.. People CHOOSE drugs.. it’s not a health issue.. so ur saying having cancer and taking drugs are in the same category?

Wrong

Then I guess it must be an intelligence/IQ issue. If they know the dire consequences of taking drugs and still go ahead taking them, then it's just 'natural selection' when they die of drug overdose.

Nicholas Reece should remember these substances are illegal, and illegal for a reason. nopilltesting oxygenthief auspol

They are a criminal issue because the proliferation of illegal drugs will destroy lives, families and our society. So it is complete common sense to mitigate this behaviour at a legislative crime prevention level as our society is being targeted by criminals. 😕

If people do not take drugs, it will not because a health issue. ‘harsher penalties don’t work’ - really? I wonder how Singapore does it ... we just became too weak to fight.

More BS from the Left

So all drugs are legal ? It remains criminal issue - don’t be deluded. The issue can be managed but no-one wants to put the solution in place !!!
