Carer faces court charged with assaulting her dementia patient

Senior Constable Lipinski said he then walked around to the other side of the building, and he could see the elderly woman sitting on the floor without any pants on.Under cross-examination by Ms Gawronski's lawyer, Elias Tabchouri, Senior Constable Lipinski was asked why he did not go into the home straight away, if he was really worried.

Senior Constable Lipinski was also challenged about his assertion that the sound he heard was slapping, and raised the possibility it was clapping.
